Default HCH II Cargo net

I see that there is a cargo net available from Honda dealers for the currrent standard Civics. Will it fit the smaller trunk of our cars? Fitting instructions show the use of a template which may be too long for our model? I guess if it fitted it would be shown as a Hybrid accessory - which it is not. Has anyone any experience? I had one in my Accord and it was very useful.

I tried to order the cargo net from the dealer but they told me is not available for the Hybrid.

Eric,

Thanks for that, disappointing but what I thought. How else can we stop the shopping rolling about?

I kept from my previous car "2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R" the Rigid Trunk Organizer I had.

It fit perfectly in the trunk of my HCH. It's easy to remove if you need the full space but most of the time I only put little thing in my trunk and it keep them from moving around.

It's also spill proof and resizable .

If you ask, I'll post picture of it in my trunk.

No problem. If you buy one. The best way to get it in is:

1) Insert the right part in the trunk.
2) With a little pressure and twisting, the left part goes down.

The left and the right side shape are a little different.

Hope you don't mind the "Nissan" logo in it.

Your friend.

I bought the Civic 06 cargo net and installed it using the template. It works fine!

Eric. Even better! I will do that. Have you fit it vertically or horizontally. I see that you can do either.

I use it both ways, depending on what I'm carrying.
