HCH I to HCH II conversion

is there a way to convert HCH I to HCH II ?
How to close the valves and get EV mode ?

Step 1- Drive to Honda Dealer of your choice

Step 2- Tell salesman you would like to "convert" your HCH I to an HCHII.

Step 3- Give dealer $$$, and HCHI.

Step 4- Magically leave dealer with a "converted" HCHII.

They are totaly different cars. You may as well asked how to convert it to a prius or whatever. The cost of conversion would be more than trading in the hch I for an hch II.
