Just returned home from 3 days in Ocean City,MD the lowest was $2.69 and the highest was $3.17.Here in central PA we are still at $2.89.

$2.909 at Fred Meyer Supermarket in Warrenton, Oregon ,located in the

Northwestern area of Oregon where the Columbia River flows into

the Pacific.

I'm in Detroit right now and it looks like $2.95/gallon average.
