Fog lights

I have ordered a 2008 civic and it appears that DIY adding of fog lights is going to be a pain. Does any one know if the dealer installed fog lights cut a hole in the bumper? If so I may want to change my order to have them installed.

Yes, the Honda fog lamps call for front bumper removal and holes cut.
