Someday this will all work itself out anyway because as prices go up people will be more motivated to use less.

As far as topping off however, the environmental risk outweighs the few extra miles (not MPG/FE-I say go for the maximum MPG you can attain and handle on a regular basis) from the tank. Because one ounce of spilled fuel produces the same volatile organic compound emissions as a (non-hybrid) car driving 56 miles.

Rain and cool temps has me down to 82 mpg displayed today, dang. The weather needs to be perfect for a couple of weeks in order to stay in the eighties.

However, I still say you did a {Great-Segment} before the weather got into the picture.Kinda funny in away when you read these kinds of FE Postings and the employees I work with are getting like (16-20) MPG in their Trucks, Suburbans, Tahoes Etc. And they think I am crazy for driving a "Toy-Car" in their opinions.
Well I guess we will see who Laughs Last?

Ok I'm still over 80 in spite of the rain. Today I was at 82.1 at the RTP. My house is on a lake in at the lowest point in the area so all pics taken at the house are artifically high.
