Default Extended Warranty

I am the new owner of 2003 Civic Hybrid. The vehicle was previously owned by a pharacy for delivery purposes. It has about 65000 kilometers on it. I would guess that is about 50000 miles. It was always serviced by the local Honda dealer.
I have never purchased extended warranties on any other vehicle or appliances for that matter. What is your recommendation? How reliable are these cars? I tend to keep my vehicles for a long period of time.
Thanks for your imput,

Default Re: Extended Warranty

Bill, I bought an extended warranty for my recent purchase of an 05 HCH.

I like them. I have purchased warranties on most of my cars and they usually always pay off.

SHOP FIRST. There are some deals on lines that your dealer will usually meet if you show them the cost, that's what I did.
