CA HOV Update includes 06 HCH
The list of approved vehicles was updated on Oct. 18th:

It's interesting that the 2006 HCH was added (it wasn't there when I checked last week), but the 06 Prius has not been yet. Maybe because the 18th was the 'official' release date of the 06 HCH, while the Prius is not officially out yet? I'm looking for the slightest indication that my 06 HCH is on it's way
