Best MPH for MPG's on highway?

Best MPH for MPG's on highway?
Sorry if this has been asking before, I tried searching but couldnt find anything specific to HCH. I spend alot of time driving on the highway, while I usually do 80 in other cars it seems to be to much for the Civic Hybrid, Was wondering what you guys found to be the ideal MPH to obtain the best MPG while driving on the highway?
