I saw 2 Civic H2's and 1 Prius with HOV plates on my commute this morning. Very cool. I saw my exact car (metallic blue with HOV) on the 202 in Chandler about 8 this morning. I was puttzing along not paying attention to my speed when they blew right by me. 
Unfortunately not very useful this morning as it was President's Day but on the way home it probably saved me 15-20 minutes. I even saw a Camry hybrid, I had to chuckle as I went by him in the HOV. Nice!
