Default Augmenting the internal combustion side

I'm about to buy a Civic hybrid, and I'm already into the Hydrogen kits, similar to these which used electrolysis to separate the H and the 2O in water into gases and inject it into the engine. And fuel-preheating to achieve higher fuel economy on regular vehicles.

I, am curious to know if anyone in here has, or has heard of anyone combining hybrid with these other methods to achieve even higher fuel efficiency. As this is what I am about to attempt, and would like to know what kind of results others may have had.

You might put on a set of high compression lug nuts. They will work as well as the electrolysis and pre-heating fuel.

All of these violate the Second Law of Thermodynamics.
