Hah 2005 batt light comes on after 5 mins
I have an accord hybrid 05 with 120,000miles, just got it off someone some months ago, one day, my 12v battery was totally drained and had to jump start it, the battery icon light comes on after 5-10 mins drive and i know this could simply mean 12v batt is not charging, and for a car that is not using an alternator, please can anyone be of any possible help what could be the problem and what could be done?

It could mean your 12V battery isn't holding a charge. Take the battery out and take it to an autoparts store that tests batteries for free.
