As for the no VCM at low speed- DUH- why didn't I remember that? Asymmetric cylinders pumping at low speeds make very bad things happen over time. Makes perfect sense why VCM is not activated at low speed (though it would be wonderful...maybe they can do a 4cyl variant for low speed? The added complexity and issues that would add makes my brain hurt)
