Unhappy After timing belt change I am noticing lower fuel economy and oil consumption

Hello guys, I've notice something weird for a few months now and would like a second opinion. My car is an 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid with 320 000 km (about 200k miles). I recently replace my timing belt and water pump for a second time.

I've notice that fuel economy has gone up about 15% and I burned a quart of oil in about 10 000 km since the timing belt. I also notice the engine was a little louder at idle. I thought this was my imagination at the beginning but it has been more than 10 tanks of gas now and the it has been the same. I've tracked my fuel economy for many years and it's about 6.9 litre per 100 km in the summer and 8.2 in the winter. It's not quite winter yet, and I am already getting 9.0. I checked my oil about once a month and I've added 1.5 quart since the timing belt was replace. The only other time I remember adding oil was when the oil switch was leaking.

Should I bring the car back to get it checked?
