What kind of trips do you make? This car has good milage on a highway only!
Like for instance my average MPG for two years is around 30 because I drive long way and highway mostly.

Battling it out in NY traffic-still better than my Mark 8's with about the same performance although the MArk would run circles around the HAH in turns. The 8 could do 30-33 on the road at 65mph though.

HAH would do 40 MPG in the same conditions.

My 05 HAH gets me around 32 mpg on the highway. This car is strictly a highway car and only a highway car. I do drive in the city but my mileage goes down really bad. I do drive probably a little faster than I should around 70 mph. I drive around 100 miles to work each day and have'nt been able to get better than 35mpg.

I wish I could just figure out how to make my mileage to go up with the price of gas going back up. I drive strictly on cruise. Would driving without cruise do better or not? I notice something really strange when I fill up and take off on the highway the little mileage guage will show sometime that I'm getting 40+ mpg, Why? This has only happened 2 -3 times and I don't really change my driving habits.

I guess every car can be hypermiled, even a HAH.

I was spoiled when i rented a new 04 Prius and beat on ti and still got 42mpgs...shopping cart that it is.

Ok, happy new year and my winter mpgs are still dropping. About 21. something last tank and today about 22.2, 80 L.I. hard stop/go competitive driving.

What does a regular V6 accord do? Less?? My pal's new 4cyl camry is doing 22-23 in similar driving but she's no doubt lighter footed.

When my HAH drops down to 21 mpg in winter, my regular V6 accord drops down to 16-17.

Somewhat comforting but why the hell can't these things match my old automatic 97 M3 sedan at 20-22 and driven like a M3?

Yeah, 400# heavier and 27hp more but even so. And the M did everything better than the HAH save for the ride(and why I sold the M-a disc blower).
