Default 2007 Honda Accord Pricing

No mention of a 07 Accord Hybrid in this price sheet. What's up with that?

Yep, apparently you're right. Look at the bottom of this web page: http://www.autosite.com/content/shar...le_id_int/1478

Nope - the car mentioned at the bottom of the page is the Honda Insight which IS discontinued after this year.

It could be that the Hybrids are going to be released later in the year, because the Honda website still shows the 2006 Civic hybrid, and the 2007 "normally aspirated" Civics.

And Honda hasn't made any sort of official announcement that the car is discontinued, and one would think they would have told the dealers by now (my dealer hasn't heard anything about it being dropped - yet.)

In shopping for a car I know for a fact that the 2007's will be landing at dealers in late October, it's on their incoming inventory sheets.

It might be worthwhile to see if you can pick up a deal on an end of the year 2006 model (I'm not sure what the diff is going to be between the 06 and 07)

I just traded my 05 in yesterday (don't ask) on a new 06 and the price dropped from 32 grand to 25. Add the $1300 tax credit on top of that and it's a decent deal (though granted you'd get the same tax credit with either model year.)

My dealer had about 5 on the lot so it was pretty much "pick your color and drive"

I'm pretty sure they won't make too many changes in the 07 since it's the last year of this model year, probably some more options or colours.

The only reason they made changes in the 06 was because it was the Accord's 30th anniversary.

I just received the 2007 Accord brochure from Honda, and it looks like no changes in the HAH at all. Looks very similar. I saw nothing about the price yet.

Except the fuel economy is now quoted as 28/35, up from 25/34 for the 2006.

As far as pricing not being available at the same time as the standard Accord, remember that the HAH comes from Japan, so that can build in some differences in availability and release of pricing.
