Who makes the 06 Stereo units?
HI all,
I was wondering if anyone knows who is making the Civic stereo's for Honda. I also noticed that there are various model numbers on the face of the stereo (like 2AF0 or 4PC0). What model numbers are out there (maybe this will also help us know which stereo's can do what). I know the Civic Si head unit can have a customized welcome text (I wonder if there is a way to enable this on other decks).

I believe it is Alpine for the Nav unit stereos.
Since you can add-on a multi-disc CD player for either the Nav version (I think so) or the regular version, I surmise that the regular radio may be made by Alpine also.
