what you paid for 2007 FULL LOADED HCHII?
Hey guys, I am considering buying a 2007 honda civic hybrid fully loaded or a 2007 toyota camry hybrid fully loaded. So I am wondering what you guys paid for your 2007 fully loaded honda civic hybrid. I am wondering if I can possibly get ~23k for it. Also, if there are certain things you dont like about the car, please mention it as well.
thanks
thanks
I paid MSRP in San Jose at Capitol Honda for one with Navi. I got 15.5k trade-in (only paid about 20k for it, so great trade-in value, and it was heavily smoked in) for my 2004 HCH with 35k miles. Only complaint is the Parking Brake handle bugs my right knee. I put pipe wrap around it, and that helps. I was to see if a right hand drive model's handle will fit on it, or remove it and bend it somehow. Still, much more comfortable than the 2004
I just paid $21,790 including destination for a 2007 Galaxy Gray HCH with Navigation. (No other options though we did negotiate free inspections for the life of the car.) Negotiated everything over email, went in, drove the car and signed. We pick it up on Thursday! (Clarification: There was no trade involved.)

Hey Guys, I guess I folded and went out and bought the HCH in Silver/Blue with nav and mirror for 22,732 including destination. Is that a pretty good deal?
I paid $23,750 (about $600 below MSRP) for 2007 Civic Hybrid with Navigation. Mine also came with leather seats. The dealer didn't realize it had leather seats until he went to pick up the car (after I have signed all the paperwork), so I din't get charged extra for the leather seats (I am not complaining). But after taxes, gap insurance, extended warranty (6 yrs 100,000 miles), the final cost was about $30,000. Oh and also I had them put in an iPod adapter.

This seems very high. Lets say you are in California, so the Sales tax and registration is gonna be about $2200, add $900 for the 100K extended warranty, $300 for the ipod adapter, that is only $3400, and unless you are leasing your car, Gap insurance is a total waste of money, so there is $3600 unaccounted for here. Maybe you did pay for the dealer installed leather seat covers?
What's the deal or what am I missing here?

The exact price I paid was $28,123. I thought it was closer to 30,000. Most of the people I know in los angeles area paid around 27,000 after taxes and everything. I wasn't going to get the GAP insurace but my brother talked me into it.
