Using Honda CR-Z or Honda Fit 3rd Gen Hybrid Sticks for HCH-2

I was wondering if someone ever tried using IMA Sticks of CR-Z Or Honda Fit for HCH-2

Is there any difference in the dimensions or terminals and can they be easily swapped with HCH-2?

Any idea please
