thanks scuddy. I couldn't get a clear pic of the clips.
there are also two christmas tree shaped clips that you cannot see unless you remove the spoiler. There is one on each of th outermost edges of the spoiler. I believe that these are not real strong and they are responsible for our scratched trunks.
