  1. Start saving for a replacement battery
  2. Get a Hybrid Automotive Prolong Reconditioning package
  3. Sell it.
  4. Pray.
  5. Any practical combination of the above.
  6. None of above.

Price it according to what you'd be willing to pay for it. Otherwise, you're a scumbag.

Are you experiencing frequent (daily or a few times a week) recalibrations where
  1. power drops off dramatically with little or no IMA assist.
  2. the gauge "marches" down to 2 bars at 1 bar per second.
  3. The car "force charges" while driving in almost all circumstances until
  4. 3 bars are achieved, forced charging stops or lessens, which is followed by mostly normal operation OR
  5. forced charging stops and gauge "marches" to 8 bars at 1 bar per second followed by normal operation
If no, then you have a very high likelihood of success. The 26% usable capacity is likely mostly due to capacity loss and/or imbalance that will be restored with reconditioning.

If yes, then the chances of success are still decent. The fact that it hasn't coded yet means that no cells have actually failed.

Lastly, you should consider yourself EXTREMELY lucky that the dealer actually gave you that number. They will lie through their teeth in most cases and say it doesn't exist.
