Default Should I call the service manager?

I did a diagnostic for the malfunction indicator lamp at Honda Aventura. Diagnostic costs $130 and is deducted if repair is done. Diagnostic said I had to change my 8 spark plugs on my Honda Civic Hybrid 2008. Total price with taxes was $471, with 2 hours of labor at a rate of $150 per hour. I left my car on 1/26/17 at 8:50 am. The shuttle comes to my home to pick me up at 10:22 am! From the dealer to my home, there are 17 minutes. That means that the job was finished at around 10 am (taking into account the time to tell the shuttle driver, and that he starts to drive). So it took 1 hour and 10 minutes of labor instead of 2 hours! I asked about that difference when I picked up my car, and I was told that my car was given to the best mechanic, and that the job is for 2 hours. I am upset with that experience.
Should I call the service manager of this dealer?

I have no idea why you are asking us if you should call the service manager. It's like you have no idea how dealerships work. Your experience is to be expected. Welcome to typical stealership service.

Call them? Sure. Why not. Who cares. You should learn to do your own work for $121 after tax.

Wait until your IMA battery goes out on you... That's going to be fun. It takes 25 minutes to swap if you stop for a pee break. They'll probably charge you $1200 for labor.

Good luck!

I called and someone told me that they do it fast so I don't have to wait long, but on the catalog, it's 2 hours. He said I could come to speak to the manager, but I won't lose my time.
Yes, I should have tried to do it myself and buy the tools, I didn't think that it would be so expensive at the dealer.

Everything is expensive at the dealer. Period.
