Scangauge Won't Zero GPH

Scangauge Won't Zero GPH
07 HCH, when coasting or even with engine shut off, my Scangage gph reads .02 or .03gph. I know the fuel is off, does anyone know how to adjust the gage properly? Or what the problem is?
