Well, so far a total of $CDN 26.95 for 2 relays plus my delay relay. When all is said and done, the cost will be about $CDN 90 (most of that is the OEM trunk release mechanism.

System logic has been proved via use of 12V test lamp. I'll post detailed pictures once I'm back from Detroit and install the part.

The following shots are details of my 3 relay system (one being the 528T Pulse Timer).
I hope the shots are clear enough in the event someone with a pre-2008 model wishes to install a keyless trunk release using the OEM key fob.....
Part 74851-SNA-A22 Trunk Lid Solenoid has yet to be purchased/installed.
Testing with a temporary 12V test lamp in place has confirmed circuit logic under all conditions.

The other 4 shots are closeups of my circuit diagram with power flow shown in various operating scenarios:
