Default OEM Navigation System??

Hey everyone, first post here.

Little Back-story: (skip if u like)
My parents own a 2005 Prius and I drive home my own 2008 HCH II (first car ) that belonged to my Grandfather. Just drove it home last night from a 1600km trip through mountains and 100km/h highways and managed about 50.0mpg average. Had a competition with the Prius and had the HCH-2 being only 0.1L /100km worse over the entire trip. I personally think I would pull off better mileage than the Prius personally but seeing as how we had to take 2 cars 1600km with 3 drivers, we rotated the driving and my parents botched the FE . I didnt realize how the Glide worked though and that should be really helpful

Car is standard package w/ cloth interior and after doing some research I found out about the navigation system found in the higher model HCH-IIs.

Now after driving a Prius alot (and not being good with directions) I know that I need a GPS system and would love to have the GPS system that comes with higher end civic's but I have not been able to find out what type/where I could get my hands on a Civic OEM GPS. I have seen the dash cover which sells for about 50 bucks.

If anyone can tell me what kind of GPS system it is and/or where I can buy it in Canada I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

eBay probably best bet?

Here's one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/06-08...#ht_500wt_1146

Otherwise search Honda Parts catalog at places like collegehillshonda.com

There's plenty of good aftermarket systems that actually have more features, like bluetooth. Rosen, for one, makes a unit that includes to entire section of the dash you would have to change out and looks very OEM.

I've looked and looked and then just mounted a much cheaper Garmin into the cubbyhole behind the shifter. I then ran a coax to an external gps antenna, and stuck it under the rear shelf (basically access from inside the trunk, into the area where brake lights live.) I get more/newer features than what OEM EMsystem would have and the GPS is not stuck on the windshield
