Default MPG going down HELP

MPGS went from 45 MPGS from driving in the highway and city combined to mid 35's WTF !!!

I have been getting 2-4 times per day 2 bars then slowly goes up to full bars then slowly goes down to 2 bars.

No IMA check engine lights.

I bet , I am in need for new battery cells ?

how can i determine this Steve?

Those are positive and negative recalibrations indicative of an imbalanced/failing battery. Grid charge or replace.
