Send me a PM if you ever find out how. I have been dying to change that from the dealer I bought it from to the dealer I actually use.

I'm glad I found this thread...because the same thing happened to me recently!

I took my car in for an oil change and went on a road trip recently. The mileage was horrible! I had to try so hard to get it around 45MPG when usually I get 55MPG+

I'm going to change the oil and see if that helps... the invoice from the dealer did not specify what type of oil was used.

OK, an update after the letter to Honda corporate went out, describing my experience with bad and good dealerships. I got a call from Honda, thanking me for the letter. I guess they also forwarded the info to management of both dealerships and started investigating the "bad" one. Their main message was that unless you write/call/inform them, they do not always know what individual dealers in the area do. As far as changing the dealer in the wonder link- it's supposed to happen automatically after you've gone to the new dealer three times.

Igor:

Way to go!!! ... and thank you for making a difference - one bad dealer at a time.

Now lets pass this message to anyone else reporting a similar experience to yours and maybe one day we'll have enough dealers truly worthy of our business and support.

Cheers;
