1) Does anyone have a mod for the Iphone? Like hooking up an internal charger thats looks sleek? I already use my Iphone through the cars Aux and it works great after you get the speaker volume set at the right level to avoid echo on the other end.

2) I ordered a block heater for my '08 Civic off of Bernardi and plan on installing it myself. Will this void the warranty or affect it at all? Honda wants $90 just for the install which is pretty straight forward and simple.
I'm already getting an increase of over 5 mpg by just using foam to block the grill, I figure it will get even better with the block heater.

3) Anyone have any mods to make the Navi DVD play regular DVDs yet? Think it can be done?

 

1. I tried yesterday, but gave up. I tried to make an integrated charger/aux jack, but I didn't have enough time to finish.

2. If you install the BH correctly, and it is a Honda Certified Part, it will not.

3.I don't have nav, but I'm pretty sure it's been done.

 

I use the Griffin tuneflex Aux with my iPhone every day, it charges my phone too. Aside for the annoyance of an iPhone pop up when you first plug it in ("This device is not made for the iPhone...") it works great. I noticed on Griffin's site that they have a "version 2" of this device now, I have the older one.

 

I originally wanted to have system that would integrate my music and charge my phone. However, I have decided that the AUX jack works just fine, as my phone has not run out of battery yet.
