because you do not have a determination that one of the IMA battery needs to be replaced yet.
vehicle #2 IMA light comes on intermittently, but never stays on
and you do not have a usable capacity measurement on either vehicle.

IMA light on = battery should be replaced. It is likely suffering from excessive self-discharge and it registers depleted after short sitting periods (overnight).
OR you have a dead 12V.
