CVT fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles.

 

Gary, the Canadian Maintenance Schedule pamphlet I picked up from the dealership agrees with the distance you mention, translated to 48,000 km. But I don't agree with your choice of word "should". I think it's up to the individual if they want to shorten that interval.

 

I think the proper word for the case you state is "can". Nothing inherently wrong with shortening the fluid change interval, but then again, nothing is gained.
