it looks like our battery is going to have to be replaced, IMA and check engine lights just popped on. we live in WA and our 09 HCH has 86051 miles on it. I'm having trouble figuring out if we are covered by any kind of extended warranty, i know the OG one was 8/80 but i remember hearing something about an extension. anyone have any insight?

It depends on the year of your car.

Google "honda ima warranty extension" and it is the second link. My 2007 is covered up to 92k miles, not the 96.6k that the 2006 model gets.
