13.8 is when the DC-DC/charger is on and charging from the IMA battery. Whenever it shuts off you see the actually battery voltage, and in my case that bounced from 11 to 12.5. I am pretty sure I never saw 14V charge until now though, so that is a good sign. I also noticed the replacement Honda battery has 330CCA rating up from 290 of the original! No "eye" though, but it's not like that ever showed me anything but "battery good". Still had a recall and a charge up to full on the way, but will see how things progress with more driving

Well, and we are back to daily recalls. Whatever software they "forgot" to install and was added last week is obviously not helping. I get at least a recall a day and mileage back in 35-36 range. Between the class action suit and the California suit, you'd think Honda will start acting better....
