That's just the way it is.
To determine if someone is blowing smoke up your a**, sometimes you just gotta let 'em talk for a while. Same here. I could tell you that I was a geophysicist, nuclear engineer, mechanical designing, triple-majoring, advanced educator. But how would you REALLY know? On these forums, you gotta pretty much read and form an opinion. Plus, you learn all sorts of stuff.
And, like you have already stated (presumably from reading enough of his posts to form such an opinion), you already know that he knows his stuff.
