Auto Day/Night Mirror and Compass Attachment

Default Auto Day/Night Mirror and Compass Attachment
I noticed two different Auto Dimming mirror w/compass accessories listed at honda.ca. One is called "Auto Day/Night Mirror with Compass"
and the other is the "Auto Day/Night Mirror and Compass Attachment" (for about a quarter of the price). Does anyone know the difference between the two?

The attachment kit is the cabling, etc to make the mirror work. It is not another type of compass mirror.

I had one installed in my '06 when I purchased it. I love it and it was worth the $400 for the part and installation.
