Anytax rebate left for Civic Hybrid 09

Wondering if someone knows any opportunity to get tax rebate if one buys a car around this time.

To my knowledge the Fed rebate is done. Look to your state, Wa. state is exempting all hybrids from sales tax, I am not familiar with CT.
