You will want to buy the OEM dash piece. Nothing is as good as OEM. I have seen and heard of the after market kits not being dead on with the color and fit. You will need the following parts (these are OEM)

77250-SNA-A01ZC PNL, CENTER B160------dash piece
77256-SNA-A00------left side bracket
77255-SNA-A00------right side bracket

You will also need to get an antenna adapter.
i just had my nav installed using these oem parts (1st attached image). for some reason it does not fit right. the trim piece seems to be much to large. it should look like jay's (2nd attached image). but at this point i don't know what to do.

any help would be awesome, thanks!

Looks like Jay came in from the back and you came in from the front.

Your's doesn't look bad.

Good luck, nf

My trim piece was cut on a table saw for correct fitment.

In-dash navigation is fairly easy in this car, as it does not require modules to communicate with a CAN bus system. Here is a link to photos of my Eclipse AVN6620 installed with a Scosche dash kit to match the factory blue dash perfectly (I am rather picky about this) Also included there are a few pictures of my system install, but I'm sure most here won't want to go to such extremes

I've searched these forums and several others, but cannot find anyone who has done a step by step "instruction" for replacing a non-navi 2006 HCH with an aftermarket Kenwood/Pioneer double din in an OEM dash kit. Does anybody here have the step by step and the exact harnesses, connectors and adapters needed to do this? A video would be even better.

Thanks,

Ken

The '09 we just bought has a Pioneer in place of the OEM, but I want to go back to OEM. So if anyone wants to trade, hit me up I'm not sure exactly *what* model Pioneer it is, but it's DVD and all of that jazz.
