This year I received the W2 from my employer earlier than any previous year. I was excited to be filing my taxes on January 22nd because my refund would be deposited by the first week of February, or so I thought. I was able to complete my filing using TurboTax but at the end I got a message stating the Tax Authority had made a change to the form for the $1050 tax credit for the HCH and that the updated form would not be available until 01/28/09. So now I have to wait another week to file. Figures the one year I have everything in order early something is still holding me up. At least the $1050 credit will be worth the wait...

 

When I tried with TurboTax (Online), it told me forms would be available on Feb 4th! Hope yours is the updated date!
