Ok thank you. Well I did unplug it and took readings from the front side, so I messed up. Just so I don't misunderstand, I need to record voltage with it still plugged into bcm? Does the ignition switch need to be on also?

No. You may do so, but you don't have to. The diagram is for the back of the plug, i.e., as you see it when looking at it when it's plugged in. You can unplug it and probe the pin side as you did, but you have to use the mapping per the back of the plug.

No. Those voltages come directly from the subpacks and are present even when removed from the car.

Can you really not see the B13 and B14 pins?
