I test drove a '07 HCH with 68k miles on it. The owner said IMA batter was replaced at 60k under warranty and he did say, the fuel efficiency dropped by 5-6 mpg. Everything else looks clean. With the IMA battery issue with this car and open lawsuit, is this car worth 11k? Good, bad or OK price?
