Actually, no nothing ever came out of it. I'm out about 4k in total, and I'll never buy another warranty.
I still love my car though. I do now get a couple more miles per gallon than previously; 44-45 with Mobil 1, 42-43 with the non-synthetic.
I now only change the oil myself and don't trust the dealer to touch my car, except to try to reset my SRS light after putting in RSX seats up front (which even with all the same airbags, sensors, and plugs haven't been able to make the SRS light go away, oh well.)
