Cooling HCH 1 battery pack while discharging?

Lightbulb Cooling HCH 1 battery pack while discharging?
I've been trying to find out if I should run the cooling blower or a fan into the battery pack while I'm discharging the pack with a home brew light bulb type of discharging setup in order to keep the cells cool.

Not needed. Discharge generates very little heat. Charging generates LOTS of heat.
