I usually believe that there is a good debt only if we know exactly how to handle them. Good debt as we all know should be paid in such a given period of time but, the sad part is if we cannot pay it due to our mistake in handling our money. I do believe that if we want to pay out debts on time then we should make a way to invest our debt in order for it to be a good debt.

If you borrow money to a bank for example or to somebody then make sure you use it to invest on something where you can get profit but, if you borrow money to pay another debt then surely you cannot recover. Any idea?
