Yeah, I checked yesterday and the DRAFT version is available now, but it can't be used to submit your tax forms. PITA as I want (need?) the tax refund. I guess we'll all have to wait another week...

2008 Form is available now. (Was ready since March 11th per IRS website.)

It's available now. I've already filed my return electronically and received my Federal refund.
Masonsgalpal, you need to get your tax accountant to check and update his software as the form was released March 13, and most e-filers should have had the form on their system by the 20th.
