Hello, for all those canadian owners there is a PST tax rebate. This is good from 2007 to 2012. You have four years to apply and you can get back a maximum of $2,000. I just completed the application today. You need to send your sales contract along with your ownership and application. The form is on the Ontario tax revenue web site. I believe that there is something also offered in BC as they are generally more environmentally savy than us.

 

Recieved my $4700 Ontario Tax rebate today, Great!!!!!!!!

 

I received $2,000 I thought this was the cap for PST. Where is the other $2,700 coming from to make up the difference?

Sorry the rebate was for two Tahoe Hybrids total $4000.00 Sorry about the lack of data.

 

I have been waiting over 2 months now for my PST rebate and so far I have heard nothing. Any idea how long the process normally takes?

 

I was about 6 weeks from point I sent application and orginal purchase agreement in until cheque and agreement were mailed back. It did come as two separate pieces of mail, cheque and agreement returned.
