Best place to get maintenance? Dealership?

For hybrid related issues yes. For brakes, suspension, shocks, etc any place will do.

Changing oil, brakes, etc just about any place should be able to do. Id agree though that if you ever have any issues with the hybrid system, you'll probably have to break open the piggy bank and take it to the stealership though...
