Default Fuel cut off? no engine codes

is it normal for the Fuel to cut off while coasting? aka foot off the gas? is the electrical motor spinning the engine while the suv is coasting? it says 1,050-RPM 35MPH so it's above the 29MPh speed minimum to have the ICE going

it even does it at higher speed i.e 65-80mph 1500-1800-RPM
i have not checked in M gear but will next time i have a chance

I see all the values go to 0
short term Fuel trim = 0
long term fuel trim = 0
O2 sensor bank1= 0.000 volts
O2 sensor bank2= 0.000 volts
SHRTFTB2S 99.2%

Also the Catalytic converters drop in temperature when the above happens...
As well as the engine temperature dropped as well by 50%
i was using the electrical heated seats as it's far more fuel efficient to do so rather then using the HVAC system
as the heat is directly applied to me rather then the whole entire suv needing to be heated up...

the Air temperature was 0C to 3C at the time d
on my OBD reader and the Catalytic converters drop in temperature.. I was all ready 20 miles into my drive and the temps to the cat dropped to 140C from 490c

from my knowledge it should be at 50 millvolts or 0.05v minimum other wise it's a CEL P0420 why don't i have a CEL for P0420/P0430 and P0131 P0151 ,P0128...

Yes. DFCO will happen a lot. When in V4-DFCO and the camshaft phaser aligned properly, it can stay in DFCO much longer than non hybrids.

When someone directly answers your question, the appropriate response is "Thanks."

Remember, Hillbilly has forgotten more about GM hybrids than you can ever possibly know.

If you are on a long down grade and use "M" and Tap down to M2 M1 you will see the engine rev up
