my question is has any one removed the hybrid part of this truck. My thoughts are to remove the batterys change the transmission and ecm. Any thoughts on this??

You will need to Install the Non-Hybrid engine, All driveline wire harness, non-hybrid brake master cylinder and controller and related wires.


Install non-hybrid power steering and Air conditioning.


Instrument cluster, body controller, various other linked controllers
