Default 2008 hybrid tahoe
Veh won't crank-weak battery-boosted and now dead again
new battery now still will not crank
is there a re-set or clear somewhere

you have to bring it to a hybrid certified dealer. I think they have to do some software stuff after you change the battery. they will check the hybrid battery as well.

Default mmine did this right after I got it..
The dealer re-flashed the computer to the latest software and replaced the battery. After that I have had ZERO issues with this, and had completely forgotten it.

Was the vehicle out of warranty? What was your milage ? How much did the battery replacement cost ?
