I believe we figured it out. High voltage was leaking out of the ground wire that goes to the HV plug. Put the megger on it and it and the wire started buzzing like crazy. Stay tuned. Gained about 7 volts from that fix. Putting it back in the car on Tuesday

problem solved. It was nuts. Just went through a 30 min test drive. Tahoe wasn’t jerking or anything. Perfect

You referring to the the circuit that registers the safety plug is installed and locked?
