Question Electric Golf Cart

I have a 36volt golf cart that I am converting to a street legal status. it also has hook-ups for a 12volt system. I have heard that one can change a 110ac small electric motor to 12volt by rewiring it. if so How?

Lightbulb servicers also get a free pass to game the system

The problem is that servicers also get a free pass to game the system. Distressed homeowners often have both a Bad credit mortgage refinanceand a second mortgage (like a home-equity loan), which by the legal standard in any bankruptcy is junior to the first loan.
