Default 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid Cat Conv. Replacement

I can't find any information or on this or any forum how to replace the Catalytic Converter in my 07 Honda Civic Hybrid. I'm able to take it out but it cannot be removed form bottom, by exhaust, or through the engine bay area anywhere up top. Any suggestions?

I replaced the upper cat on one of my '06. Unfortunately, I don't recall any major issues.

IIRC, there is a heat shield on it, and I believe it can be removed. The new Magnaflow I installed did not have the shield. Removing the shield may give you more clearance.

Have you removed the cowl that makes replacing the back spark plugs much easier? IIRC, there are only 5 or so bolts or nuts securing it.
